Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park

1. Administration Staff

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain relationship between company related institutions (I.e : Vendor / clients or government)

2. Handle administrative work such as visa / permit process, payment and filling

3. Liaise with related department regarding onboarding and / or exit of foreign worker

4. Translation both verbal and non verbal

5. Willing to work overtime.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least diploma in any field

2. Minimum has one year of working experience in related field

3. Required languages) : Mandarin, English

4. Required Skill(s) : Filling, Administrative, Communication, Well organized

5. Preferably Staff (non management & Non supervisor).

2. Legal Admin

Responsibilities :

1. Processing company permit and license in OSS and liaise with related department regarding the completion

2. Ensure all company license and permit comply, available and well archived,

3. Review procurement contracts and vendor legal documents and certification.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law

2. Fluency in Mandarin and English

3. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in related field, experience in mining companies and PMA, mining or construction field is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

4. Good knowledge of corporate law, contract law, financial, international trade law

5. Good knowledge in Mining regulations and familiar with government regulations, especially ESDM and BKPM

6. Able to work in a team, able to work independently, able to complete work within tight deadlines.

3. ESG Manager

Responsibilities :

Responsible for handling ESG related standards in the nickel industry and providing reports related to ESG aspect issues into account, establishing and implementing ESG policy and strategy and ensuring that the company complies with social responsibility as planned.

Requirements :

1. Min 10 years experienced in related field

2. Required language(s) : English

3. Familiar with relevant sustainability initiatives

4. Skilled in CSR

5. Willing to work in a remote area.

4. Environmental Permitting & Compliance Superintendent

Responsibilities :

1. To secure the environmental permitting and compliance of company

2. Review new and existing regulations pertaining to Environmental matters, determine their appropriateness to current and future company activities,

3. Prepare, submit, track and extend when required, all permits pertaining to Environmental matters.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in an Environmental Discipline or related

2. More than 6 years experiences in Environmental Management, including exposure to Indonesian Government Regulations and Government Relations

3. Experiences working in Mining area & Industrial-park experience is a plus

4. Sound understanding of related regulations, lobbying, networking

5. Strong relationship with Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Provincial and Local Environmental Authorities

6. Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)

7. Excellent writing skill & presentation

8. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
