Graduate Trainee Finance – Indonesia

We are looking for Graduate Trainees. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee is a 2-year program where you will experience exciting several assignments with endless opportunity to explore and grow your potential.

Learn and contribute to the core business in FINANCE FUNCTION through numerous on-the-job learning opportunities and various enriching experiences.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with Finance & Accounting major

  2. Minimum GPA:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20

    2. Master’s Degree: 3.30

  3. Maximum of 2 years work experience

  4. Those who are going to graduate in 2023 are welcome to apply

  5. Fluent in English, both verbal and written

  6. Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive

  7. Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving

  8. Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy

  9. Willing to be placed in both in Jakarta or Surabaya
