1. ASEAN & Oceania Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description

  1. Responsible for the whole ASEAN and Oceania (Regional) assistance for strategic digital campaign planning

  2. Assist to set up, create, and blast digital campaign material

  3. Support and handle social media advertising and analytic, including LinkedIn for Business

  4. Lead generation support on CRM platform (HubSpot)

  5. Help analyze and co-create marketing data and reports on digital campaign and channels using marketing analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  6. Mainly reporting to regional marketing (80%) with 20% support to local expert

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate university students from any major, preferably in late semester of Marketing, Communication, and Business Related

  2. Ideally with no further university classes to be attended

  3. Preferably with related organizational/project/internship experience

  4. Experience in marketing analytics tools (especially Google analytics) will be highly beneficial

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  6. Intellectual with good communication skills, people person, and a team player

  7. Keen to learn in addition to high motivation and engagement

  8. Proactive with the ability to self-direct and self-lead under minimum supervision

2. Supply Chain Intern

Job Description

  1. Uploading tax invoices to the Government Tax System.

  2. Providing supporting data for invoices mitigation and detective control (DC).

  3. Receiving and doing a daily check of delivery notes from the transporter (soft copy via share point) and also keeping and filling the hard copy DNs.

  4. Collecting and submitting data for new and current customers

  5. Supporting admin tasks (Internal Issue Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, and Credit & Debit Memo WorkOn creation request).

  6. Putting stamps on hard copy invoices and sending it to customers.

  7. Supporting the department's projects and events.

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably Management/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.

  2. Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  3. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.

  4. Keen to learn and proactive.

  5. Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Business Administration Intern

Job Description

  1. Identifying and processing claim warranty from customers and follow up internally and externally.

  2. Doing warranty claim report in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  3. Assisting country sales director on daily administrative tasks.

  4. Assisting travel coordinator tasks in handling invoices.

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major.

  2. Good knowledge in the automotive industry.

  3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  4. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.

  5. Keen to learn and proactive.

  6. Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Engineering Workshop Intern

Job Description

  1. Create and follow up Purchase Requisition submission

  2. Conducting Enterprise Resource Planning service interface (BeQik) job update

  3. Conducting Bill of Material List for service (SAP) update

  4. Updating repair on progress

  5. Managing service document

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate students from any Engineering Major

  2. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be high advantage.

  3. Having great attention to detail.

  4. Familiar with data recording and data management.

  5. Convenient working on workshop environment.

  6. Keen for learning and showing initiative.

  7. Demonstrating decent and assertive communication skills.
