PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) merupakan ATPM Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek)dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia.

 

HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey.

 

Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. Perusahaan ini terus berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar di bidang otomotif di Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Honda Prospect Motor

A. LEVEL STAFF

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

General Qualifications:

  1. Thorough and systematic

  2.  Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with minimum score 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL

  3. COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)

  4.  Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

1. GENERAL AFFAIR TECHNICAL STAFF

Improve work processes to increase efficiency and productivity in General Affair Department and ensure its implementation.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management

  2. Have knowledge in Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and QC 7 Tools

  3. Have strong analytical thinking, able to find root cause of the problem and its countermeasure.

  4. Proficient in Ms. Excel & PowerPoint

  5. Discipline, emphasize on customer-oriented and social service, responsive

  6. Preferably able to use 3D design software

  7. Placement in Karawang

2. GOVERNMENT RELATION STAFF

Coordinate with the local government authorities and be in charge of various company licenses required by the government authorities.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Bachelor of Law

  2. Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

  4. Discipline, firm, and have a high integrity

  5. Able to manage time and work procedures

  6. Placement in Karawang

3. PARTS INVENTORY STAFF

Manage parts order to fulfill supply in dealer and coordinate the demand with factory and supplier.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management

  2. Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and processing, arithmetic and statistical calculations)

  3. Have knowledge in supply chain

  4. Able to manage and control parts stock

  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)

  7. Proficient in English (both oral & written)

  8. Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
