Lowongan Kerja PT APP Purinusa Ekapersada (APP Indonesia)

1. Management Trainee – Freshgraduates

Job Description:

  1. Learn operation by completing rotation in office and area function

  2. Learn process by completing training program

  3. Shadow senior manager and team on a daily basis

  4. Prepare report and project for improvement

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree in any major GPA 3,2 (out of 4 scale)

  2. Fresh graduates welcome to apply

  3. Have experience 2 years in Sales Area or related is a plus

  4. Have a driving license (A or C)

  5. Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented

  6. The position is for full-time position

  7. Willing to follow terms & condition of Management Trainee program

  8. Willing to be relocated to any APP’s location (Indonesia)

Note :

  • This position will be place all around Indonesia (Sumatera to Papua) with regularly rotation in the middle of program, depends on company needs

2. Corporate Internal Auditor (FMCG / Manufacturer)

The Corporate Internal Auditor Expert will be responsible for ensuring that audits address areas of concern relative to the goals, performance objectives, and impact of a variety of economic, financial, and managerial programs in conformance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a background in FMCG/Manufacturing and minimal 5 years of auditing experience.

Job Description:

  1. Ensure that audits address area of concern relative to the goals, performance objectives, and impact of a variety of economic, financial & managerial programme in conformance with Company policies & procedures

  2. Responsible for managing & delivering planned & ad-hoc audits risk-based approach that aim to value-add the business operations

  3. Monitor audit activities on respective business process to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, avoid operational risk & improve the effectiveness of business process

  4. Initiate collaboration with other groups/organizations on projects or methods of operating

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting major

  2. FMCG/Manufacturing background

  3. At least 5 years of auditing experience

  4. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations

  5. Experience with audit management tools and software

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  9. Having experience working in fast-paced industries.

  10. Willing to be placed in Serpong Area, Tangerang.

  11. Full WFO

3. Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

  1. Robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of Cost Plan and Bills of Quantities from early design information including budget costs for feasibility studies.

  2. Building Cost Data Base and expanding current vendor list including sourcing quotations from domestic and international Suppliers and Contractors and ensure they are pre-qualified.

  3. Assist and review the Requests for Proposals (RFP), Scopes of Works (SoW), tender clarifications, tender questionnaires, tender recommendations, price / cost comparisons, negotiating and tender report.

  4. Proactively identifies inefficiencies in existing operations, procedures, documentation and systems, suggests solutions to these issues and discusses with management and actively involved in the development and improvement.

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or other related major.

  2. At least 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor in manufacturing or contractors.

  3. Experience using Ms Office & Project management software preferred.

  4. Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.

  5. Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving.

  6. Self driven, Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  7. Results-oriented and dynamic person with many initiatives and high energy levels.

  8. Able and willing to do business trip across Indonesia.

  9. Working location is in Serpong, Tangerang.

4. Specialist, Financial Fraud Investigation

Job Description:

  1. Implement the strategic planning through the financial activity and report investigation towards some suspected cases to optimize the investigation process.

  2. Identify financial investigation resources (manpower, financial activity, financial report, and historical data) to optimize the investigation process.

  3. Conduct and Implement the financial investigation by gathering the information through interviewing the individuals and analyzing the relevant documentation to prove and disprove the financial allegations.

  4. Coordinate the implementation continuous improvement and sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc.)

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree on accounting, criminal justice, business administration, fraud management or economic crime or any related field.

  2. Minimum 5 years experience, preferably from management consulting in forensic area.

  3. Fluent in English

  4. Placement in Serpong, Tangerang

  5. Good communication & analytical skills.
