1. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Finance & Accounting

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Corporate report analysis

  2. Support invoice processing

  3. Support month end accounting closing processes

  4. Support budgeting processes

  5. Support reporting processes

  6. Projects as required

Qualification :

  1. Hold Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economy Management

  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

  3. Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience

  4. Able to operate Microsoft Office

  5. Expected to have basic accounting and finance

  6. Expected to have critical thinking and attention to details

2. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – SCM Material Management (Balikpapan)

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities

  2. Assist Material Management activities

  3. Support supply chain management practice in the working field.

  4. Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.

Qualification :

  1. Hold Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, IT, Science or other relevant major.

  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

  3. Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience

  4. Strong interest to grow a career in a supply chain environment

  5. Able to operate Microsoft Office

  6. Tech savvy in data mining, data analysis, and product and/or graphic design is a plus

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:

    1. Instrumentation and Control System

    2. Metering System

    3. Fire and Gas System

    4. Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting

    5. Provide support for Operations day to day activities

  2. Operations projects as required

Qualification :

  1. Hold Bachelors degree in Physics Engineering or any Engineering relevant major.

  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

  3. Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience

4. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Exploration

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Perform the technical support for the prospect generation & maturation process.

  2. Provide G&G technical support for the drilling preparation

  3. Provide support for New Venture activities

  4. Assist Exploration team in any relevant meeting preparation and follow up process (both internal and external meetings)

  5. Liaise with DDM team for the G&G data management QA/QC

Qualification :

  1. Hold Bachelors degree in Geology or Geophysics major

  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

  3. Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience

  5. Basic skill in some G&G software application is preferable

5. Fresh Graduate Program 2024 – Business Process Improvement and Risk Management

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Review existing policies and procedures within Mubadala Energy Indonesia

  2. Identify potential improvements across procedure, departments, and functions.

  3. Provide support for risk management activities including risk review, actions tracking, and reporting.

  4. Provide support for management programs and projects such as mini i-Save, etc

  5. Provide support for audit activities.

Qualification :

  1. Hold Bachelors degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management major are welcome.

  2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

  3. Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel

  5. Active in organization activities is a must

  6. Good critical thinking and attention to details

  7. Good in communication and public speaking

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration, goods and documents handling, support conducting events or meetings and land transportation as scope of work.

  2. Assist BROF to provide supports to all functions that need local supports, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.

  3. Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.

  4. Assist BROF to improve business process as required.

  5. Assist BROF related to offshore operations and other projects.

  6. Maintain business support running properly.

Qualification :

  1. Hold Diploma (D3) degree preferable in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major
