MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (ADH/SDH/PDH)

1. Management Trainee – Administration Department Head

Responsibilities:

1. You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting financial – accounting and personnel activities in the branch office

2. Coordinate, control, analyze, and implement all aspects related to the Finance & Administration function

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering & Accounting

2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

3. Maximum age of 26 years old

4. Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university

5. Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules

6. Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented

7. Computer literacy is a must

8. Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus

9. Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch

10. Fluent in English both oral and written

2. Management Trainee – Parts Department Head

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical and Heavy Equipment Engineering

2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

3. Maximum age of 26 years old

4. Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university

5. High interest in Sales and Marketing Activities

6. Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
