1. Senior Engineer Cost Control

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil, Industrial Mechanical or Mining Engineering with minimum 5 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Engineer Cost Control and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as JDE or other ERP will be additional advantage
Good leadership, independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills; high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.

2. Superintendent Learning & Development

Qualification :

Tertiary Degree from HR/ Psychology or Management; Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a Training / Employee Development or HR Generalist role; 5 years’ experience in the same areas at senior level with leadership/supervision experience. Experience on a mining or construction site will be an advantage; dealing with and managing cultural diversity will be an advantage;
Proficient in operational HR Training / People Development, Proven Track record;, Competency Based Training System principles and concepts, Learning and people development principles and concepts, Training Needs Analysis principles and concepts;
Have facilitation skill at a variety of levels are required;
Experience analyzing training effectiveness in a project environment;
Experience of training delivery in a project environment;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, including good skills in English, proficient in computer literacy;
Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; planning & organizing skills; initiative; driven; interpersonal skills; teamwork; client focus and commitment to safety; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.

3. EOI Engineer Operations Technology

Qualification :

Bachelors in engineering, statistics, and mathematics
3-5 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS)
Good understanding on Fleet management system (Hexagon or Wenco), new mining technology, mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control, data analysis and statistics knowledge
Has project management, FMS network and hardware installation capabilities
Good understanding on coal mining or other mineral mining operation
Good leadership and English communication skill
Good Analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high excel skill

4. Specialist Finance

Qualification :

Bachelor degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
Proficient in Broad knowledge of TMS and Enterprise Systems – JDE, Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and Computer literate.
Location: Indonesia – Batam Rebuild Facility

5. Specialist NDT

Qualification :

Degree in Vocational School (SMK), holding NDT Certificate with min 1 year experience
Experience with Non-Destructive Test (MT -Magnetic Test & PT – Penetrant Test – Level II)
Familiar with Engineering Reporting (Excel – Intermediate Level).
Familiar with Working at Height.
Familiar with Working at Confined space.

6. Specialist Training Plant

Qualification :

2 years previous experience in a similar role on site
Experience with maintenance and repair procedures & processes
Good communication skills – written & verbal in Bahasa & English
Team works – works effectively with others and relates to fellow workers

7. Engineer Plant

Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3-year related experience as Mechanical Engineer in mining industry
Good understanding of heavy equipment and automotive (preferable)
Strong knowledge & concept of designing, maintaining, and improving process
Excellence ability to follow analytical thinking processes for solving problems in the field of mechanical engineering with initiative, decision making, creativity and critical reasoning
Capable of using engineering CAD software such as: Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk AutoCAD
Capable of using Microsoft applications such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
Good knowledge & concept of database and reporting (preferable)
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, good interpersonal and good communication skills
Domicile in Balikpapan area (preferable)
Willing to work on all TCI site location as required
