Lowongan Kerja PT Pou Chen Group Indonesia

1. Language Professional Officer (Mandarin)

Responsibilities/职责:

1. Project Management/专案管理

2. Communicate & Cooperate with Different Stakeholders of the Company/与公司内部各单位沟通及合作

3. Assist & Responsible for tasks and projects assigned by Supervisors/协助和负责主管安排的任务及项目

Requirements/条件:

1. At least a bachelor’s degree or above/学士学历以上

2. Language Capabilities: Mandarin (preferably HSK 5, ability to speak English is a huge advantage)/语言能力： 中文 （通过汉语水平考试 5 级优先, 拥有英文沟通能力优势)

3. Project management skill/专案管理能力

4. Problem-solving & Analytical skills, Presentation skills/问题分析與决绝，演讲及简报技巧

5. Willing to Learn/Try New Things/愿意学习/尝试新事物

2. Legal Officer (Pekalongan Area)

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and reviewing the agreement and legal documents

2. Legal research

3. Legal opinion

4. Case analysis

5. Analysis/update regulations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in law

2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of legal

3. Deeply understand civil law, labor law, company law, and procedural law in Indonesia

4. Detail and target-oriented

5. Has knowledge & experience in drafting & reviewing agreements, case analysis, litigation, and licensing

6. English skill is a must, and Mandarin is a plus

3. Export and Import Officer (Pekalongan Area)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all of the Export and import process in Bonded Zone factory

2. Responsible for Local export and import process in Bonded Zone factory ((invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.)

3. Monitoring and create a customs (BC) document of export and import

4. Communicate with supervisor, marketing from factory, customs officer, and etc.

5. Checking and make sure for Export and Import process

6. Able to check draft PIB, PEB and prepared PIB payment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trading/ Information Technology or equivalent in related field.

2. Proven 2 years of working experience in Export and Import Manufacturing with Bonded Zone factory

3. Familiar with customs document of Oversea (Export or Import document) : BC 2.3, BC 3.0, and BC 3.3

4. Familiar with customs document of Local : BC 2.7, BC 2.6 1, BC 2.6 2, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 and BC 2.5

5. Familiar with IT Inventory system, PEB, and PIB system. SAP system is a plus

6. Familiar and experience doing the Audit from customs is preferred and plus

7. Good command of written and spoken & written English (intermediate level).

8. Willing to work in Pekalongan (Central Java) and training in Serang Banten Office
