Provide effective secretarial support to the assigned Business Leader or Business Unit.


You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  1. Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.

  2. Transcribe, type, format, and proof read a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.

  3. Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production. This would also include duties such as you as data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.

  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.

  5. Manage the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.

  6. Use office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers.

  7. Perform other secretarial tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time.

  8. Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory.


To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  1. A degree in the related job field.

  2. Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.

  3. Willing to relocate to the job location.
