Lowongan Kerja PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk

1. PROCUREMENT STAFF

Job Descriptions :

  1. Create purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner

  2. Follow up on open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery

  3. Verify purchase orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities and delivery schedules

  4. Market and data analysis to ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications

  5. Evaluate potential suppliers/vendors and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation and supplier selection

  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements

  7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods and services

Qualifications :

  1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in Civil Engineering)

  2. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply (1 year experience in related field will be an advantage(

  3. Strong negotiation skills, data analysis, and the ability to build effective vendor relationship

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  5. Placement in Thamrin, Central Jakarta

2. ADMIN SITAC

Job Descriptions :

  1. Upload PR (Purchase Requisitions), PO (Purchase Orders), and payment status updates to the tracking system

  2. Request and collect data for the MIS/Oracle system, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  3. Create progress reports and compile essential documents, including POs, invoices, rotative expense claims, reimbursements, and settlement records

  4. Monitor and control the settlement process, including DP (Down Payment) and FP (Final Payment), as well as budget tracking for IW MCP and FTTH projects

  5. Verify the authenticity and completeness of SITAC (Site Acquisition) documents to ensure compliance with project requirements

  6. Create and manage SA (Site Acquisition) layouts and budgets for IW MCP and FTTH projects.

Qualifications :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

  2. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use functions like vlookup, pivot tables, and other advanced features

  4. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to effectively manage time and handle multiple tasks concurrently

  5. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles associated with project management

  6. Must be well organized, self-starter with attention to detail

  7. Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative to meet deadlines and deliver quality work

  8. Placement in Jakarta
