PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (PT Vale) merupakan perusahan tambang dan pengolahan nikel terintegrasi yang beroperasi di Blok Sorowako, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 

 

PT Vale merupakan bagian dari Vale, perusahaan multitambang asal Brasil yang beroperasi di 30 negara dengan total pekerja dan kontraktor di seluruh unit bisnisnya mencapai 110.000 orang. 

 

PT Vale menambang nikel laterit untuk menghasilkan produk akhir berupa nikel dalam matte. Volume produksi nikel 

 

PT Vale rata-rata mencapai 75.000 metrik ton per tahunnya. Dalam memproduksi nikelnya di Blok Sorowako, PT Vale menggunakan teknologi pirometalurgi knik smelting (meleburkan bijih nikel laterit).

Vacancy for National Recruitment

General Requirements for all position:

1. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.

2. Computer skills.

1. Corporate Integrity Specialist

Responsible for ensuring the Ethics and Compliance value is adhered within PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. The role is intended to lead the corporate integrity working program which include socialization, monitor, control, assess and provide advisory to business. The role will also contribute to assisting the internal investigation process if necessary and be required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in law degree, accounting or public policy degree.

2. Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.

3. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 37001, 37301 or 37002

2. Senior Corporate Integrity/lnvestigator

Responsible for ensuring the Ethics and Compliance value is adhered within PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. The role will cover two parts of the function which are the corporate integrity and the supporting internal investigation process. The role is vital for ensuring the company has covered the prevention and the reinforcement for company values that adhered the anti-bribery and anti corruption.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in law or accounting.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.

3. Preferable Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), auditor or lead auditor for ISO 37001, 37301 or 37002

3. Senior Geotechnical & Hydrology Engineer

To be accountable and continuously improve the effectiveness of the geotechnical assessment, operational control for slope stability, bearing capacity, soil improvement/reinforcement and provide comprehensive engineering designs and recommendation to control and mitigate risk while delivering maximum sustainable value for the assets of PT. Vale Indonesia and compliance with government regulation and EHS aspects.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in geotechnical, geological, mining or civil engineering.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in geotechnical and geohydrological engineering.

3. Certified Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP), preferable certified Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM).

4. Holding a minimum IPP (Insinyur Professional Pertama) from PII or HATTI G-1.

5. Specify geotechnical course/paper/thesis is preferred.

4. Senior Process Engineer

To conduct test and manage improvement projects that focus on pre/or-feasibility study that support increasing throughput, develop new process, process efficiency, sustainability operation, environment, health & safety and cost reduction in PT Vale Indonesia by applying the best process engineering knowledge and others supporting discipline.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in metallurgical, material and chemical engineering.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in process engineering.

5. Supervisor Laboratory & Sample House

Leading and managing the sample house and laboratory operation, providing sampling and analytical service that required by operation, mining and supporting department in order that reliable analysis turnround and number delivered assaying samples are achieved using international analysis standards and ISO 17025:2005 accredited to support all process plant quality control, environmental monitoring and reliable mining resources.

Requirements :

1. Minimum bachelor degree in analytical chemistry.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in laboratory & sample house.

3. Preferable certified Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP)

6. Vessel Integrity Specialist

Ensure all processing vessel integrity at Process Plant area are within the highest standard in term of reliability, safety, and productivity to achieve business and strategic goals of company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in metallurgical, material and chemical engineering

2. Minimum 8 years working experience in process engineering

3. Preferable certified POM

7. Whistleblower Channel Junior Officer

Responsible for maintaining the whistleblower channel as the PT Vale Indonesia Tbk ethics safeguard. Support the business process by ensuring the confidentiality and non-retaliation principle being adhered.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in law, accounting or public policy.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
