Lowongan Kerja PT Taka Hydrocore Indonesia

HSE Medic Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare client reguirement documents related to the tender process and implementation in the project site.

  2. Administering medical check up all personnel projects and submitting to the client for medical certificates.

  3. Prepare Personal Protective Eguipment (PPE), medical eguipment, and medicine according to the reguirements of the client.

  4. To develop, implement, and monitor compliance with the company’s Heaith, Safety, and Environment Management Systems both in the office and project site.

  5. Ensure that all employees are aware and comply with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management policies, procedures, and work instructions.

  6. To promote a positive safety culture within the workplace by leading the example and demonstrating a visible commitment to HSE.

  7. To conduct regular HSE Audits and Inspection and report findings to Management.

  8. To investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive action.

  9. To maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices and keep abreast of developments in the field of HSE.

  10. To prepare and deliver HSE training to employees at all levels.

  11. To compile statistical data and prepare reports on HSE Performance for Management Review.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing Science.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE/Medic Officer in the oil and gas industry. Preferably experienced as Offshore HSE/Medic.

  3. Working knowledge in Safety Regulation and/or ISO Management Systems would be an advantage.

  4. Excellent experience in HSE Documentation (CSMS, HSE Plan, HIRADC, etc), Safety Compliance, Safety promotion, and handling Emergency Response.

  5. Having an active license or competency certificate: Nursing Registration Certificate, BLS & ACLS, AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas, Sea Survival/BOSIET, etc.

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both verbal and writing in English/Bahasa.

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  8. Willing to be placed in a remote area.
