Recruitment – SPX Express (Surabaya)

The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description:

1. Handle mass recruitment process for SPX Express Mitra Riders and Drivers (sourcing, screening, selecting candidates)

2. Coordinate onboarding session

3. General administration duties

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

2. Have experience in Recruitment for 0-1 year

3. Energetic, mobile, and fast learner

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Domiciled in/near Surabaya and willing to work from the office

6. Available to join as soon as possible

7. Willing to be under contract by 3 months
