Nabati Young Leader Program (Commercial Stream)

Known as the Management Trainee Program, it’s a career acceleration program for high-potential talents that will get the spotlight starting on their very first day. In 18 months, you will get heavy exposure to end-to-end business processes to be a future business leader in the FMCG industry.

We are only open for the Commercial stream for our last MT batch in 2023. You can apply to the Marketing or the International Sales division.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable university
Maximum 2 years of working experience
Entry year (of college) not earlier than 2014
Already graduated before October 2023
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Willing to be placed in Bandung

Bonus if you have:

Professional experience (at least as an intern) in a related academic background at similar industry
International exposure on studying or working abroad
