Lowongan Kerja PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk 

1. Shipment Planning

Job Description :

  1. Prepare and propose Marine yearly work plan and budget and control its implementation.

  2. Develop, recommend, review, and improve work system and standard operating procedure within Marine

  3. Monitor and evaluate implementation of work system and standard operating procedure within Marine.

  4. Streamline procedural activities and information flows with updated standard operating procedures.

  5. Ensure the availability yearly and monthly of Barge & Vessel Plan and evaluate its implementation.

  6. Provide yearly work planning of Barge & Vessel refer to SOS plan.

  7. Provide procurement list related to Barge &

  8. Vessel planning i.e.: fuel, vessel, barge, tugboat, F/cranes, etc.

  9. Evaluate yearly and monthly cost performance of Barge, Vessel and marine equipment.

  10. Revise Barge and Vessel Plan as number of requirement, cost and communicate to Marine Operation.

  11. Make all relevant barging contract and manage contract as agreed terms and conditions.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marine Transport / Shipping Management, Marine Engineering, and or others (ie. Finance, Management, etc.).

  2. Min. 3 years experiences on marine operation or business-related experience.

  3. Good knowledge of Shipping & Logistic Planner.

  4. Understanding whole business process of Coal Logistic Supply Chain, especially in Marine Logistic.

  5. Good Negotiations Skill.

  6. Fluent Communication in

  7. English (writing and verbal).

  8. Expertise in Microsoft Office.

  9. Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.

2. Sustainable Development

Job Description :

  1. To compile the data related sustainability into one platform that can be use by stakeholders.

  2. Monitor, control and implement SD Program and initiatives based on SD Compass and Social Responsibility’s core subject – ISO 26000.

  3. Identify, implement and integrate SD Program based on SD Compass and Social Responsibility’s core subject — ISO 26000.

  4. Conduct Materiality Survey (FGD), Compile and analyze FGD Report (Materiality Issues), Communicate and Follow up FGD report, Preparing for approval materiality topic and Communicate materiality topic and response plan.

  5. Perform the campaign, socialization, communication and training, and conduct of monitoring and improvement initiatives.

  6. Conduct works according to QSE objective and standard applied in work unit and

  7. Report incident and non-conformance in work unit.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Environmental, Sustainable Development/CSR, Development Study, Industrial, Land Planning, Psychology and Social.

  2. Min. 2 years experiences on Sustainable Development in mining industry or Min. 5 years in general industry.

  3. Good knowledge of Sustainable Development (SD) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

  4. Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).

  5. Expertise in Microsoft Office.

  6. Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.

  7. Preferably having experience with all ISO based.

3. Continuous Improvement

Job Description :

  1. Develop and Establish of Continuous Improvement Procedure and control its implementation.

  2. Ensure that Continuous Improvement Framework is continuously applied in ITM and Subsidiaries.

  3. Communicate, Formulate and evaluate Continuous Improvement Initiatives for I TM and subsidiaries.

  4. Monitor and evaluate Continuous Improvement Implementation during operations and adoption process.

  5. Control, Report and manage information Continuous Improvement and also provide advisory, facilitating, consultancy regarding Continuous Improvement.

  6. Coordinate identification of gaps/ pain point and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with respective areas.

  7. To accelerate innovation and process improvement through digital transformation.

  8. Define of Continuous Improvement competencies, Training Roadmap and Innovation Learning Program.

  9. Ensure that all Business processes Improvement and deliverables are within quality standard.

  10. Capture and analyze management concerns regarding the Innovation/ Continuous Improvement as align with Company Strategic Goal and study possibilities of impacts and solution to the concerns.

  11. Ensure that all Continuous Improvement activities are reported accordingly with System.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering.

  2. Min. 2 years experiences on business process reengineering role and continuous Improvement and preferably having knowledge on Coal mining business process and other business.

  3. Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).

  4. Expertise in Microsoft Office and Drawing Tools for Flow Process.

  5. Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.

  6. Preferably having experience with certifications such as Six sigma, TQM, Scrum Master, Business Process Management

  7. Preferably having experience with all ISO based.

4. Application Development

Job Description :

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for new software applications or enhancements. Translate business needs into technical specifications that guide the development process.

  2. Design software architectures and solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards. Create detailed design documents and diagrams to guide development efforts.

  3. Write, test, and maintain code for software applications using programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

  4. Develop clean, efficient, and modular code that is scalable and adaptable to changing requirements.

  5. Perform thorough testing of software applications to identify and fix defects, bugs, and usability issues.

  6. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and project managers, to ensure a unified approach to application development.

  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance during project planning and execution.

  9. Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API documentation. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

  10. Utilize version control systems to manage code repositories and track changes over time. Collaborate with team members to resolve code conflicts and ensure code integrity.

  11. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing among team members. Provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

  12. Deploy software applications to various environments (development, testing, production) following established deployment pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineer or related field.

  2. Min. 5 years experiences on Application Development or related roles.

  3. Proficiency and sound knowledge in Agile Methodologies (Scrum), Microservices Architecture, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Strong in Programming Languages (Node.JS, Python, and RESTful APIs and Web Services), Containerization and Orchestration, Version Control (Git), GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Cloud Computing, Testing and Quality Assurance and Security and Authentication.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

  5. Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.

5. Operation Performance Analyst

Job Description :

  1. Active monitoring operation performance, pinpoint concern issues and risk which lead to proactive mitigation plan.

  2. Ensure monthly production outlook from sites align with company direction and sync with sales and delivery plan.

  3. Center of annual production budget, focus on alignment of production and sales target, cost control, CAPEX and EBITDA target.

  4. Ensure licenses to operate and follow up permits granted on time.

  5. Focus on coal business in Indonesia, new law and regulations, coal procedure peers, big picture of coal business and related technology to seek possibility to adapt to ITM Strategy.

  6. Discover opportunity and pinpoint improvement area, provide study and analysis of problem area, project management, stakeholder management, lead to implementation in order to increase productivity and efficiency including cost reduction.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s degree from Mining Engineering or Geological Engineer.

  2. Min. 5 years experiences in the related field with 3 years experiences in analytical work.

  3. Sound knowledge Financial Model and Economic

  4. Evaluation experiences would be good advantage.

  5. Good teamwork, cooperation and presentation skill.

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

  7. Good communication in both written & spoken English.

6. Compliance Management Superintendent

Job Description :

  1. Identify compliance obligation and risks form external and internal context of company’s business activities.

  2. Monitor, update and analyze new and existing regulations changes.

  3. Control, monitor, evaluate and report compliance risks.

  4. Manage and enhance the effectiveness of compliance management system.

  5. Build compliance awareness and culture in the organization to understand and implement applicable laws and regulations and compliance obligations.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor Degree of Law / Any Background that equivalent with core business activities.

  2. Min. 5 years experiences in Compliance / Risk Management / Governance / Compliance Auditor Function with Mining / Energy / Natural Resources – related business exposure.

  3. Good understanding and sound knowledge of Legal & Compliance Management Process, Regulation Framework and Basic Risk Management.

  4. Critical and Analytical Thinking.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

  6. Good communication in both written & spoken English.
