Lowongan Kerja  PT Bank Seabank Indonesia

1. DESK COLLECTION

Job Descriptions :

  1. Responsible for collection from customers for the non-performing loan portfolio under management via telephone

  2. Performing duties for all debtor billing result

  3. Updating all debtor billing results through daily reports

  4. Following up on debtors who have under perform on non-performing loans.

  5. Working in a team and individual contributor

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.

  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

  3. Experiences in the Banking industry are an advantage.

  4. Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods.

  5. Have good interpersonal skills

  6. Able to work together with a team or Individual.

  7. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

2. COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGEMENT

Job Descriptions :

  1. Implement provisions, policies, and internal SOPs

  2. Carry out the preparation of reports for internal parties

  3. Coordinate collection assignments for non-performing loan portfolios to related agencies

  4. Monitor billing achievements by agencies and provide advice and provide input regarding related billing operations

  5. Participate and be responsible in the negotiation process with the debtor in connection with the settlement of debtor obligations

  6. Documenting periodic billing achievement reports

  7. Processing documentation and administration in the process of submitting cooperation with agencies

  8. Collect documents and proof of payment related to billing and payment agencies.

  9. Prepare periodic agency assessment & evaluation reports

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor Degree in any major

  2. 1-2 years of experience in related role

  3. Understand the provisions and business processes in the banking industry

  4. Understand the applicable billing regulations and codes of ethics
