PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (IDX: FPNI) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi polyethylene pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh empat perusahaan besar, BP Chemicals Investment Limited, Mitsui Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation dan PT Arseto Petrokimia. Pada awalnya perusahaan ini dinamakan PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo atau PT PENI.

 

Polyethylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Kemudian Indika Group menjual kepemilikan sahamnya pada Titan Petchem (M) SDN Bhd, salah satu anak perusahaan dari Titan Chemicals Corp Sdn. Bhd.

HR Compensation & Benefit Staff


Job Description

  1. Maintaining, controlling, and updating complex personnel information and payroll data for employees in various administrative systems.

  2. Managing all employee benefits-related expenses, such as medical reimbursement, insurance, and BPJS.

  3. Managing employee agreements, including all related documents, and controlling employee contracts.

  4. Responsible for managing all employee insurance, calculating allowances, overtime, and overseeing all payroll processes each month.

  5. Assisting local expatriates with preparing their annual individual income tax return reports (SPT PPh 21 Tahunan Pribadi).

  6. Serving as the administrator for the BPJS system, including SIPP Online for BPJS

  7. Ketenagakerjaan, e-DABU & e-ID for BPJS Kesehatan, and e-SPT PPh 21 & e-Filling for monthly employee income tax returns.

  8. Fully responsible and serving as the main contact person for compensationbenefits, payroll, and HRIS.

Qualification


  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field is required.

  2. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Korean being a preference.

  3. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot) is required.

  5. Experience working with payroll system applications, administration, and HRIS is required.

  6. Willing to be placed in Merak-Cilegon

2. HR Training Supervisor

Job Description


  1. Conducting, & supervising all training programs to ensure smooth operations

  2. Communicating with Line Managers and employees to identify and evaluate their training and development needs

  3. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs & providing recommendations for improvement

  4. Developing and monitoring a plan vs actual report for hours and participants in training

  5. Collaborating with internal & external parties to design and develop training modules

  6. Maintaining a current curriculum database & training records

  7. Supporting the onboarding process to ensure smooth operation of modules, schedules, and reports

  8. Analyzing training & development needs and recommending solutions to all departments

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field & a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources is a plus.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in training & development in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or a similar industry.

  3. Organized, with the ability to multitask & good administration skills

  4. Good time management skills & ability to create & maintain training plans & schedules.

  5. Possess a positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, independence, & the ability to work both independently & as part of a team

  6. Proficient in office software, intermediate or advance Excel Skill is a plus

  7. Familiar with the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation.

  8. Willing to be placed in Merak – Cilegon
