PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) merupakan ATPM Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek)dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia.

 

HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey.

REKRUTMEN LEVEL STAFF HONDA PROSPECT MOTOR

General Qualifications:

  1. Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL

  2. COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)

  3. Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

1. HR ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Support personnel administration by managing employee documents and controlling master data.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Bachelor of Economics, Office Administration, Records and Archives Management

  2. Have experience in managing office administration and archiving

  3. Detail-orientated and meticulous

  4. Proficient in using data processing applications, especially Ms. Excel

  5. Placement in Karawang, West Java

2. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF

Socialize and monitor the implementation of company rules, coaching employees who commit indiscipline actions to create a harmonious working relationship between management and employees.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Bachelor of Law

  2. Discipline, firm, and have a strong leadership

  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

  4. Willing to work under shifting hours

3. ORG. DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Implement and analyze company organizational development projects and programs such as engagement surveys, workload analysis, job evaluation, and competency matrix.

  3. Know about organizational development

  4. Have a good communication skills

Coordinate with government authorities to obtain the latest information on regulations related to the company’s business processes and carry out import licensing.

5. DEPARTMENT’S BUDGET OFFICER

A budget officer is responsible for preparing, monitoring, also analyzing a department’s budget.

  4. Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and processing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations)

Analyze and make plans for warehouse stocks and manage the delivery order.

Specific Requirement:

  1. Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, and Management

  2. Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and processing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations)

  3. Know about warehouse planning

  4. Have a good skill in planning and managing

  5. Able to drive a car and have a driving license
