 untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar Restrukturisasi ini dilakukan kemudian untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap permintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel.


Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap permintaan dari masing – masing segmen Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.

1. Industrial Police

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding TPT (Tanda Pendaftaran Tipe), TA (Technical Assistance), and product issues.

  2. Build and maintain good relationships with the government, regulator, association, group companies, and other brands.

  3. Analyze government regulation regarding vehicle product specification and create analysis report.

  4. Verify the compliance of government policies with the planned vehicle specifications to be included in the lineup.

  5. Update information related with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact vehicle homologation processes.

  6. Maintain accurate records of all homologation activities, including documentation, test report, and certification.

  7. Support import license process.

Qualifications

  1. 27 – 30 yo.

  2. Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Law, Social Science, Political Science, Law, Business Administration or related field

  3. Minimum 2- years of relevant experience in industrial policy, homologation.

  4. Proficient in active English communication.

  5. In-depth knowledge of government regulations and standards related to vehicle homologation.

2. Area Coordinator After Sales

Main Responsibilities

  1. Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan manajemen dan tim delaer

  2. Menentukan dan mengontrol pencapaian dealer atas target yang telah ditetapkan

  3. Menyusun kegiatan yang mendukung terpenuhinya target service incoming unit, penjualan spare parts, dan indeks kepuasan pelanggan

  4. Menjalankan kegiatan audit spare parts dan bengkel di dealer

  5. Melakukan studi dan menganalisa konsumsi spare parts dan service incoming unit

  6. Melakukan kontrol terhadap proses pembayaran dan pengiriman spare parts di dealer

  7. Mendukung pelaksanaan program sales & marketing untuk produk after sales dan memastikan penerapannya di dealer

  8. Bekerja sama dengan pihak terkait, baik di internal dan eksternal

Kualifikasi

  1. Laki-laki

  2. 25-30 tahun,

  3. S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Otomotif, Teknik Elektro, dll

  4. Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang yg sama (sebagai Area Coordinator),

  5. Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik:

3. Marketing Promotion & Strategy

Main Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to achieve section target KPI.

  2. As the main PIC for after-sales marketing activities (developing, coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).

  3. Responsible to handle creative design for after-sales marketing activities.

  4. Responsible for enhancement projects for after-sales customer relations (coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).

  5. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, related departments, dealers, and other parties.

Qualifications

  1. 23 – 30 Yo

  2. Bachelor/master’s Degree in : Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Communication, Design Communication Visual, Administration or related field.

  3. Minimum 1- years of relevant experience in Marketing Promotion.

  4. Good command of English (verbal and written).

  5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

  6. General knowledge of After Sales Business.

  7. Proven experience in project management.

  8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

  9. Familiar in using basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).

  10. Familiar in using creative design software] (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).

4. Technical Service

Main Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to achieve section target KPI.

  2. As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.

  3. Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.

  4. Responsible for Product Ouality Process (monitoring – reporting).

  5. Responsible to handle part storage.

  6. Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.

  7. Conduct study & analysis of the freguent technical problems.

  8. Support New Product Development Project.

Qualifications

  1. 20-25 Yo

  2. Associate/Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.

  3. Good command of English (verbal and written).

  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. General knowledge of After Sales Business.

  6. Proven experience in Technical Analysis.

  7. Experience in automotive troubleshooting.

  8. Experience of analysis warranty.

  9. Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.

  10. Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).

5. Technical Planning

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create and monitoring product guality report to principal

  2. Manage guality issue to be follow up to factory and principal

  3. Keep close communication to dealers about field guality issue handling in the market

  4. Evaluate and improve technical operation at dealer

  5. Manage recall activity (field fix campaign)

  6. Prepare new model development

Qualifications

  1. Laki-laki/Perempuan

  2. 21 – 26 tahun

  3. D3/S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Otomotif/Teknik Elektro

  4. Pengalamani1 tahun & terbuka untuk fresh graduate

  5. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris yang baik (verbal maupun tertulis)

  6. Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai teknis kendaraan/otomotif

  7. Memiliki pengetahuan & trend bisnis after sales terkini

Main Responsibilities

  2. Responsible on facilities management in all operation area (Pulomas, Cibitung, Cikarang)

  3. Responsible on cunstruction project and willing for trip assignment

  4. Responsible for company’s event and management facilities support

7. Training Coordinator

Main Responsibility :

  1. Responsible to maintain database for sales dealaer system;

  2. Evaluate & maintain dealer performance and team sales productivity;

  3. Plan continuous improvement for team sales dealer;

  4. Coordinate with internal and external parties (internal department, dealer, vendor)

  5. Responsible to create national events for dealer team sales (competition, appreciation program, seminar, etc);

  6. Responsible to conduct regular report for Planning Section activity;

  7. Responsible to make report to present data analysis visualization;

  8. Support training activity (training arrangement or as an alternative trainer);

Qualification :

  1. 24 – 30 years old;

  2. Bachelor / master’s degree in : management, engineer, communication, any

  3. 1 year experience in related fields (fresh graduate are welcome to apply);

  4. Proficient in active English communication;

  5. Proven good communication and public speaking;

  6. Proficient in project management;

8. After Sales Planning

Main Responsibility :

  1. Responsible for handle spare part price analysis and comparison to market;

  2. Responsible to process monthly report for shareholder;

  3. Responsible to collect and cleanse big data;

  4. Support Task force oil to increase penetration and other comodity;

  5. Resposible for monitor and support MMKSI After Sales profit analysis;

  6. Resposible to handle After Sales presentation materials;

  7. Support campaign for collecting and allocation process;

  8. Support planning team activities

Qualification :

  1. 22 26 years old;

  2. Bachelor degree or Diplome (D3) in : Industrial engineering, statistics, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics;

  3. 1 year experience in related fields (fresh graduate are welcome to apply);

  4. Proficient in active English communication;

  5. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs;

  6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;

9. Marketing Planning

Main Responsibility :

  1. Monitor the movements of competitors (leasing, prices, promotional activities);

  2. Conduct reasearch to obtain information about products and markets inputs;

  3. Responsible to conduct analysis and propose areas that are key and have the potential to be developed;

  4. Responsible for providing unit allocation for the Sales Planning Department based on outstanding SPK, market conditions and needs;

  5. Play an active role in new product launch activities (before and after the launch);

  6. Coordinate with Sales Planning and Fleet Department to maximize allocation

Qualification :

  1. 23 – 24 years;

  2. Bachelor degree in: Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/lndustrial

  3. Engineering/Management/Marketing

  4. Able to communicate in good English (verbal or written);

  5. Passionate in automotive & product development

  6. Updated on trends, industry regulations and automotive business regulations

  7. Have general knowledge about automotive and its specifications

  8. Have strong analytical skills
